Since the first edition of the European Day of Jewish Culture, the Foundation for Cultural Jewish Heritage in Italy has been active in promoting this event.
In this context , the support for the publication of this volume, which is a valuable tool for understanding the history of one of the places that bear witness to the millennia-old Jewish presence in our country . The Foundation can only applaud the intense activity of the Jewish community of Verona that has managed to provide for the recovery , restoration and enhancement of the Synagogue and the annexes .
