A recent festival in Milan, called “Jewish and the city”, built a bridge between cultures (see boxed text) and encouraged people to approach a world to which we feel drawn, but which we have treated with caution for thousands of years. An Italian Foundation is devoted to historically and artistically valuable heritage, which speaks of the history and culture of a people, and speaks of dialogue. We had a conversation with the President of the Foundation for Jewish Cultural Heritage in Italy, Dario Disegni, formerly General Secretary of the Compagnia di San Paolo Art Foundation.
